October 2021 - Putting plans in action!

Hello everyone, Jen here coming to you with a little recap of October!

Firstly, Framework gained a new temporary team member, Morna Ross, our lovely social media

coordinator! Morna has already started working away and has been such an asset to the team. Morna will be with us for the next few months working across our upcoming projects.

Bringing us to... our exciting projects! This month we started our regular production meetings with the

brilliant Megan Adair, production manager for Home. We finished casting (cast announcement is on our social media) and are prepping for rehearsals next week!

Tickets for Home: A Project for New Writers are available now! AND they were selling so well that we have gone and added an extra show! Get tickets for the 5pm or 7:30pm show on 12th November at the Scottish Storytelling Centre.

And here comes the classic Framework blog tease of unknown projects...We have submitted an

exciting funding application this month and are currently planning another exciting project that

will be revealed soon!

We also launched a gorgeous, sleek, fancy new website which we would love for you to check

out! My favourite part is the new upgrade to personal Framework emails, so if you want to

contact a specific member of the core team, you can find them on the site!

And with the mention of the core team, we have some very sad news. Co-founder Emma

Cochrane will be leaving the team in November. I won’t get too mushy in this month’s blog as

you’ll all hear from her in the next one but it has been a joy to work with Emma and she will be

missed.

I think that’s everything! November will be full of excitement so keep your eyes peeled on the

socials and get your tickets to Home to see our work in-person! (Tickets on sale here: https://scottishstorytellingcentre.online.red61.co.uk/event/913:3961/)

See you soon!
